DIVING TOUR IN BEGUR

Departure from Palamós at the scheduled time from the cruise terminal.

We will head towards Begur, known for its stunning coastline and crystal-clear waters, ideal for diving. Upon arrival, we will meet our expert instructors, who will guide us through the diving experience in one of the best places on the Costa Brava.

Before diving, you will receive a brief introduction to diving techniques and safety. During the activity, you will explore the seabed, teeming with aquatic life, such as colorful fish, anemones and impressive rock formations. The coves of Aiguablava and Cala de Sa Riera are some of the areas where you can enjoy the diversity of marine fauna. In addition, you will have the opportunity to see the remains of old boats, which adds a historical element to your experience. The instructors will share facts about the local ecosystem, promoting a greater understanding of marine conservation.

After the diving session, we will enjoy lunch at one of the local seafront restaurants, where you can taste regional specialties such as fresh seafood and paella.

After lunch, you will have free time to explore Begur. You can stroll through its charming cobbled streets and discover the Plaça de la Vila, where the Sant Pere church is located, an impressive neo-Gothic building. Don’t miss the opportunity to visit Begur Castle, which offers spectacular panoramic views of the coast and surrounding area. You can also explore the Indian-style houses, which reflect the rich history of the town and its connection with emigrants who returned from America.

Finally, after a day full of underwater adventures and exploring the beauty of Begur, we will return to Palamós.
