Itinerary of the private tour Palma – Valldemossa to Port de Sóller

You will enjoy a private tour through a large part of Mallorca, for this we will start from Palma to Formentor.

We pass through the small town of Valldemossa, which is located between the Tramuntana mountains and the Mediterranean Sea, just a couple of kilometers from the so-called Majorcan North Coast.

In addition, on this trip we will enjoy the great vegetation that this area has, offering everything from ancient olive trees, holm oaks to almond trees from Mallorca. Finally, the recommendation will be to take pictures of its steep and narrow streets as well as its parish church. In Valldemossa we will take the opportunity to visit one of its main attractions such as the Cartuja monastery or the Cartoixa de Valldemossa, a building that is recognized as the old palace, located in the center of the town; a space that over the years has given shelter to representatives of culture as one of the places of inspiration for Frederic Chopin.

We will discover the story behind cell number four of the monastery, the place that gives life to the Chopin museum: the exact place where George Sand and the famous composer spent the winter from 1838 to 1839. In addition, we will learn all about the adventures of the Archduke Lluis Salvador at the Costa Nord Cultural Center. Time to enjoy Mallorcan products and traditional Mallorcan dances!
At the end of the morning we will arrive at the port of Sóller where we will have time to explore the seashore and be able to enjoy these corners of Mallorca as a group, we have the option of having lunch and trying one of the best paellas on the island. Port de Sóller, is known as a small and picturesque coastal town nestled in the northwest of Mallorca.

During our visit we will learn the history of why it is one of the best fishing ports, which makes it easy to taste
fresh fish and shellfish or, as indicated above, enjoy dishes with these ingredients. The place has also been known for being the venue for recordings of several films, in the area we can enjoy various activities, among them, the possibility of a brief
ride on a yacht or sailboat.

Throughout the tour we will have the presence and professionalism of an official guide of the Balearic Islands, who will make a stop on the way back included at the impressive “Sa Foradada” viewpoint.
