DALI HOUSE TOUR PORT LLIGAT AND CADAQUES

Arrival in Cadaqués, one of the most beautiful villages in Spain. This charming coastal town on the Costa Brava is famous for its stunning landscapes and its connection to the artist Salvador Dalí.

We will begin our tour at the Salvador Dalí House-Museum in Portlligat, the former residence of the famous surrealist painter. The house is situated in a small cove and is a true work of art in itself. Filled with artworks, personal objects and curiosities, it offers a fascinating insight into the life and work of Dalí.

Time for lunch. Optionally, we can opt for a premium restaurant specialising in fish.

We will return to the centre of the village to explore the Church of Santa María, located at the top of the old town, which offers stunning views of Cadaqués and the Mediterranean Sea. On a 1-hour tour of the cobbled streets, we will discover some stories and legends of pirates and Indians that will transport us to other times.

Cadaqués is known for its white houses with blue doors and windows, which create a magical atmosphere. Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere at your leisure for 1 hour while exploring the small craft shops and art galleries that dot the town centre. This walk will allow you to capture the essence of Cadaqués and its Mediterranean charm.

Finally, we will return to Palamós.

1. Cadaqués, the Mediterranean refuge of artists: This town with white facades and blue doors has been a magnet for great artists and dreamers. Its cobbled streets, its craft shops and its bohemian atmosphere will transport you to a timeless world. It is a place to disconnect, stroll and let yourself be enveloped by the beauty of the Mediterranean in its purest form.
2. Salvador Dalí House-Museum, a portal to surrealism: More than a museum, it is the house where Dalí lived and left his surrealist mark. Every corner of this house by the sea reveals the eccentricities of the genius: peculiar objects, personal memories and spaces designed by Dalí himself. Entering here is like entering the personal world of a visionary and exploring his creative mind.
3. Church of Santa Maria, a viewing point and symbol of Cadaqués: Located at the top of the old town, the Church of Santa Maria offers a spectacular view of Cadaqués and the Mediterranean. This church, simple on the outside but with a beautiful baroque altar inside, preserves the history of the sailors and locals who for centuries have sought refuge and peace in this place. In addition, from here, the panoramic view of the town and the sea gives you a visual experience that only Cadaqués can offer.
